Steelbach is a southern inspired kitchen and chophouse located in Armature Works in Tampa Heights. They pride themselves on using the highest quality ingredients sourced from local areas. All beef is taken from cattle raised in Kenansville, Florida – aged 4-7 weeks. It is them trimmed to order and cooked over a 1000 degree Florida oak-fired grill.
