Immediately on meeting Brian, I knew he was the one for us: friendly, funny, personable and knowledgeable. Brian really listened to what we said and came up with a list of homes for us to look at (we ended up buying one of them). He seemed to know every neighborhood in the St. Petersburg area and was able to answer all our questions. Throughout the purchasing process--which was long-distance--he was responsive, encouraging and helpful. When there was a serious glitch toward the end of the process, he went out of his way to resolve it for us. We consider him a friend. We would definitely use him again to purchase or sell a home, and not only would we recommend him, we have recommended him!

Brian did well by us in our sale in every way. He gave us excellent advice in preparing the house for a quick investor sale (at our request), and after seeing the results of our work, had the wisdom to re-evaluate and suggest we make a few more improvements to support a substantial increase in asking price and possible homeowner sale. The result was a VERY fast sale AT ASKING PRICE! Without Brian's guidance, we would have sold for far less.
