Brian helped me have an extremely smooth process as I bought my first home! He was available at all times of day, from early morning to late night, and extremely quick to respond to my deluge of questions. He was honest with me as we talked out the pros and cons of each home we saw, and he really urged me to think about what kind of home would fit my needs, not necessarily what he would choose for himself. I wasn't expecting home buying to be such an emotional process, and Brian was a huge help to me in navigating the most difficult decisions.
